Year of RESToration 2015 – Ps Prince

Word—> faith in the heart (forearmed and forewarned)–> Receive. 

A drop of God’s wisdom is so concentrated it takes a series of sermons. Not just one sermon. To get the full picture, must keep attending coz what U need to hear might be another service. 

God’s revelation>>> u pray>>> working together with God. There is a blessing. 

Not here to satisfy the curiosity of those who want to hear revelation of what this year has in store. Will preach today to reveal the LORD today and not the whims and fancies of curiosity seekers. 

One morning Ps was waking up, he was still (semi conscious). Saw the theme of the year. God speaks a lot to him in dreams. He saw a lot of mayhem. World is boiling. Hands and claws w long nails trying to squeeze tiny Israel. A lot of things will happen this year and when u ask why why why it has to do w Israel. Trying to take Jerusalem from Israel. Zech 12:3 was shown to him. Because they are trying to remove a very heavy stone that God put there (Jerusalem), they will be cut in pieces. Find that leaders overseas will discuss how to remove more land in Israel and things will happen to them back home. God will allow some bad things to happen so nations will be distracted so that Israel will not be affected. So this year a lot of pressure will be on Israel coz the devil hates them. Pray for Israel. Don’t boast against Israel. In terms of people that have lost ones/ relationships this past year, God is getting ready to bless u with something greater in 2015. Darkness in the earth but greater light in God’s House.

Testimony came in ytdy. Florida. Man. Started watching JP in Oct11. Struggled w condemnation. Struggle at work. Boss woes. Message taught him to REST and let God work in him and lead him. 

(Doesn’t mean that last year was year of greater glory means this year no glory. No. It adds on. More glory. More restful increase.)

The guy said he stayed on in his job. Work was slow so he had time to do quiet time and read bible and listen grace messages. Rest= God can work in your life. U work= God will rest. 

2012 unceasing fruitfulness for him. Prayed for three things at the start of the year- woman to share mindset as him and receive grace message, raise, stronger relationship w God. 

Bought Pastor’s message on dating in March that year. Met w high school friend. Dated. Wanted to propose but couldn’t. No cash. Colleagues saw his healthy meals and asked him to prepare for him. Earned extra 1k a mth. 

Next year key of david, proposed. Bought new house w cash to spare. She got pregnant.

Year of greater glory- discovered she is pregnant with twins!

Year of His Restoration 

Everything robbed and defrauded and taken from u, God will restore. 

Note not saying the devil will restore. God treats devil as a nobody. When Christ died on the Cross, Jesus was not paying the devil. He was God’s love paying the Holiness of God to ransom us. Coz God is holy can’t let us get through with sin. Not trifle with sin. What he can do is to righteously blot it out at the Cross of Calvary with His finished work and Grace & Mercy. All the divine claims were fully met by the shed blood of the lamb. God’s justice is fully satisfied and we have a favour that can’t be broken. 

His Restoration – not men’s restoration. 
Ps was preaching God’s restoration from the 90s. When man restores anything, it is never the same. When God restores, it is greater in quantity or quality or both. Sometimes not quantity because if spouse passes away, will bless u w a quality relationship and not 5 spouses. 

Only God can do this for u— Joel 2:25
-> God loves us. Time doesn’t exists with him but time exists with us. Every time we waste time on sin and wrong believing. When we return to Him, He will restore the years. All the missing years in the Scripture, were years that Israel was in bondage. U add the years in bondage and it is the exact number missing from the Word. Years the people were not in communion with Him. 

Pastor heard clearly NO ONE SAYS RESTORE

God was lamenting. People don’t believe he can restore and that is why they are in bondage. 

Isaiah 42:22- “no one says restore” here. 

So God has led him to declare restoration over anything – eg. Bad memory. God restore my memory. 

All the broken pieces will come back together. 

Another area he will restore- your soul

Ps23:3 – He will restore my soul
—> heal u of depression and sadness. Emotions and mind. The soul seat of men. When God restores. Always greater in quality. 

Jer 30:17- He will restore my health. Wounds here are chronic ailments- even before he checked the Hebrew, God revealed this to him. This word wound in Hebrew is not the usual choli. It was used in Deut to say great and prolonged plagues. It means the long term conditions u are resigned to. God will restore health to u and heal u of those wounds. 

When Ps was in depression coz it was due to his fear that he had committed unpardonable sin. Used to be top in class then mind fell and couldn’t focus and almost flunk O’levels. Today, he can preach without notes- not something he achieved, not his effort. It is a gift from God. 

He will give us a stronger and sharper mind. Our flesh will be fresher than a child’s (from Job). 

Ppl say Ps doesn’t teach from the law. Here is how u do so

Exo 22:1

God doesn’t restore just one sheep, but four. Because of the loss, he will be a gainer. Lose an ox, gain five back. Ox larger than sheep. Greater loss= greater restoration. 

God can restore. Start saying restore. 

Where sin is, grace super abounds. 

The law is a principle. U bring Christ out and u bring the principle out of that law. 

Paul argued from the law. 

1 Cor 9:8-11

Literal- don’t muzzle the ox whilst he treads the grain. Let him eat. 

Spirit- is it oxen that God is concerned about? 

The oxen here are those full time in the ministry. Arguing for full timers to be taken of financially – from the law. 

1 Tim 5:17-18

Honour- implications of remuneration 

(Those who work deserve their pay in V18 is from Jesus)

The very area u are weak in, u will be strong. Don’t give up because of what limits men have set for ur condition or situation. Go by God’s Word. 

Lev 5: 14-16

Christ’s suffering also resolved my forgotten sins or sins done out of ignorance, not just the ones I confessed. 

Ram without blemish here is Jesus. God looks on Christ on the across and forgives u. Outward. Ram without spots is inward and used in some verses. Christ is spotless inside and outside. 

Sins against the holy things – pride, disobedience in ministry

1/5 restitution – 100 shekel plus 1/5 = 120%

Ps 69:4

Jesus is our substitute. To restore what He did not take away. Messianic psalm. Quoted also in John 15:25

Even though it is your fault, God will restore. God has gained. 

Glad Adam fell. God created his spirit but Adam didn’t have r/s. Had earth but not heaven. Owned earth but not heaven’s heir. God has gained more via redemption than what was lost at the fall. Adam’s fall gained God a family. 

Some think if Adam didn’t fall, it would be better. Paradise had a forbidden area and a snake and everything depends on Adam’s obedience. In the Father’s House no forbidden areas, no snake and everything depends on Jesus’ obedience. We don’t have physical life but we have eternal life. 

Ps explains believers who die don’t experience death. Death already conquered by Christ. Believers awake to eternal and greater life in heaven. Not suffered the death of earth although they leave their bodies behind. 

God has gained an eternal family. We have eternal life. Adam’s grandson or descendants might have fallen if not him. A slender thread of obedience. We have Christ’s obedience! 

If Adam never fell, Jesus would not wear the crown of Redeemer. Would have the crown of creator and king of kings but not redeemer. Redeem and restored are closely tied together. This year we will look at redemptive power of Christ. What is redeemed is restored. 

If Adam didn’t fall, Jesus would not have had a bride. Today He has a bride.

If Adam didn’t fall, we would not have the closeness with the spirit. 

Lev 6:4-6

First trespass is vertical against God. Then horizontal against men. 

V4- in our case, Jesus restores for us so that the injured party will be a gainer. It would have been better for enemy not to attack u coz u now have more. Better for the enemy not to attack Israel- they gained more and they don’t want to give back. 

When devil attacks, look out for spoils and gains. 

Adam had the earth. Today we have earth and heaven. Adam was not an heir. Today we are heirs (SONship). 

Romans 5:17 – MUCH MORE. What Christ did for us is MUCH MORE. 

Those who have been robbed, u have much more.

Some believe they must go storm the devil and take back what they lost. Hello u are not Jesus. Putting undue stress on self that way. Finished work of Christ.

Biblical Joseph- dream interpretation. First seven years are years of plenty. Next seven years are years of famine. 

Joseph implemented: payment of the 100 shekels and 1/5 more. 

Joseph gave them seed to plant with the promise that one fifth of the produce goes to Pharoah. Joseph taught them to be entrepreneurs. Didn’t give. He sowed. Pharoah received twenty percent every year from lands he didn’t possess (the people owned the land independent of Pharoah). 

Justin David Prince is Ps restoration from God. Before him, Wendy was pregnant 9w with a child and miscarried. 

David, in the bible, said the baby will not come to me but I will one day go to him when he lost his child. 

So pastor says he has another child waiting for him in Heaven. 

So stop asking why or why not. 

This message is for people who have lost and who still win despite the loss. 

Battle has been accomplished. Our battle is to fight from victory for our rest. Fight of faith to believe. The physical symptoms doesn’t say u are well. It is a fight of faith. Without faith impossible to please God.

Restoration. First four letters REST. Rest in the Cross. Was emphasised to Pastor. 

Ps23:1-3

He restores my soul is sandwiched btw 2 lines of “He leads me” 

And before he leads us, we are not in want and we can feed.

Still waters- Manuka. Restful waters. Rest in what He has done. 

Rest – true faith. Resting in His victory. Not feeling like I are fighting. 

Need restoration to be able to walk on path of righteousness. Pic of sheep grazing on paths that go around a steep hill. 

Story of Ruth- if Boaz doesn’t marry Ruth, land of Naomi is at stake.

Ruth 3:18

Sit still. 

Matter (da bar- the a Word). 

If God reveals everything, not to ur benefit. He will reveal more and more things but only to forewarn u and to say to u only what u need to hear.

The man will not rest- Boaz (pic of Christ) when we sit still. God will work as we rest in Him. Not lazy life. Life of directed activity. Not life of inactivity. Do what He tells u to do and no more. 

Your restoration is coming. A year loaded with His restoration. 

Prayer for protection. For some reason, God will not move in many cases until someone prays on earth. Covenant issue. 

Pray as Jabez did. 

Lord Himself told us to pray LEAD US NOT INTO TESTINGS. 

Christ died for us and as us. So all the condemnation and punishment of a Holy God did not fall on u but on our holy substitute. Jesus was like the ram without blemish for u and I.

This prayer will mark this year. (Recording it now) 

God will not force protection. Not que sera sera. Ask in His name. Don’t take life and this year for granted. Pray God will keep us. We cannot keep ourselves.
