Sermon Note (4th svc)

Christian life is a life of rest.

God is the One who does the healing. Believe that God is a good God. He wants our loved ones to be healed more than we wanna them to be healed.

He is perfect goodness in the flesh – when Jesus walked on earth.

God who is perfect goodness Himself, put Jesus on the cross as redemption for us.

We have been translated into the kingdom, the kingdom of the Son of His Love.

Don’t think for one moment we are “gooder” than God.

The rich ruler said to Jesus- Good master, what must i do to inherit eternal life?

When we boast in our performance, the law will always tell us where we are lacking.

He went away sorrowful for great possession had him.

Jesus always go right to the core of the matter.
If we acknowledge Jesus as God, recline in His love and stop performance.

Matthew left everything and followed Jesus.

God used people who are precise to write the bible.

Salvation has come to his house, that the goodness of God lead him to repentance.

The law cannot bring result but grace brings result!

We are the 11th hour generation.
The rapture is the secret coming of the Lord.

Grace is not the message, it is the gospel.

Whatever is binding us, we are about to reign!

Romans 6:14
For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.

When we are under grace, sin shall not have dominion over us.

Everything that came from sin, shall not have dominion over us.

1 Corinthians 15:56
The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law.

When God made man, death is not part of His plan.

Foreknowledge does not mean for control. God make man in His image.

When we give someone free choice, free choice is free choice, otherwise it is not free.

When man sin, He opened the door to sin.

Poverty is evil. Money is not the root of all evil, the love of money is. It makes people steal. So poverty is evil.

Prosperity with a purpose.

Heaven is heaven because of our Lord Jesus.

What strengthen sin? what is the sting of death? Sin. The law strengthen sin.

Freedom from the power of sin. When we are not under law we are under grace!

People has misconstrued that God gives us law for us to keep.

How to walk in freedom from addiction, from sin?

Justified and make holy by grace.

God left the law at Mount Sinai.
God never forget me even when we forget Him.

When God brought them out, it was by His goodness.

God blesses our field even further.

It is a year of Lord’s release.

When God brought the people out, the people were mumbling and complaining, but God did not kill them.

Only God can define what is good and evil.

Post 10 commandments, when there was sin, they died. However, before 10 commandments, when there was sin, no one died.

Not a single one died from Egypt to Sinai. They were complaining and mumbling!!

God were so closed to them. The pillar of fire. If u boast in your performance, than don’t come near.

Grace brought us out, let grace bring us back.

Good works is the result of Christ inside.

We listen to the sermon cos we are feeding on the Word of God and do not want to stop!

When we don’t read the bible we should be feeling hungry and not guilty.

2 Corinthians 3:6-9
who also made us sufficient as ministers of the new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.
Glory of the New Covenant
But if the ministry of death, written and engraved on stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not look steadily at the face of Moses because of the glory of his countenance, which glory was passing away, how will the ministry of the Spirit not be more glorious? For if the ministry of condemnation had glory, the ministry of righteousness exceeds much more in glory.

The most sick or guilt people are in church.

Focus on God and not me!

Jesus said i came that u might have life and life more abundantly!!

We have peace in the midst of the storm!

Law demands. Grace supplies.

They limited the supply. Grace supply gift of righteousness to be received.

The law was given by Moses but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.

The only part written by finger is the law (10 commandments)

You turn Christianity into religion, u become mean.

If u r under law, u offend in one point in 10 commandments, u have broken all.

Purpose of the law is to bring us to the end of ourselves.

Jesus’s death and resurrection is for the woman. The woman is you and i.

Under grace, life, health is contagious!!

Legally we are not under law now. We are dead to the law. There is no more demand.

We are married to Jesus who has rose from the dead!

If we were poor we are no longer weak. We are now married to Jesus!

It demands on how much wealth Jesus has. It is no longer how much we have. It is all about Jesus! How much Jesus has, we use His name!

People don’t see their needs for Jesus because it looks clear for their lives, but it is dangerous for their lives.

We use spoon to stir. But it is not the spoon that produce the “dirt”

Romans 7:6
But now we have been delivered from the law, having died to what we were held by, so that we should serve in the newness of the Spirit and not in the oldness of the letter.

Sin’s Advantage in the Law
What shall we say then? Is the law sin? Certainly not! On the contrary, I would not have known sin except through the law. For I would not have known covetousness unless the law had said, “You shall not covet.”

But now we are discharged from the Law and have terminated all intercourse with it, having died to what once restrained and held us captive. So now we serve not under [obedience to] the old code of written regulations, but [under obedience to the promptings] of the Spirit in newness [of life (Romans 7:6 AMP)

In everything lead by the spirit. When you pray, let spirit lead u!

The very trying stir up!

The more i rest the more God performs!!!

He is always at the right place at the right time.

Christian life is a life of rest.

Romans 7:13
Law Cannot Save from Sin
Has then what is good become death to me? Certainly not! But sin, that it might appear sin, was producing death in me through what is good, so that sin through the commandment might become exceedingly sinful.

God so loved us that He sent His Son for us. He has just and righteous foundation to save us.

Is the love of God paying ransom to the justice.
