Matthew 6:22-23

The Lamp of the Body
“The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness!
What is our perspective? Are we an optimistic or pessimistic? 
Look on the positive side of things. 

Expect good things to come. That is the definition of Bible Hope. 
Ask and i shall receive. Knock and it shall be opened to me. 
God wants to bless me! 
We are no longer under the old covenant. 
What we see in the old is not the full of what God is like!
Jesus is the exact revelation of God!

Look at Jesus. Jesus is the image of the invisible God. 
Have u ever seen Jesus come to a healthy man and cast sickness to him? No!
We see the Son of God opening blind eyes, raise the dead! He calm the storm! 
Jesus is a good God. He went about doing good! 
We are children of the most High God!
Jeremiah 29:11

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
Focus on something good in our lives!!
Psalms 118:1

Praise to God for His Everlasting Mercy

Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good!

For His mercy endures forever.
There is one Person who is good. That is the Lord who is good!! Praise Him because He is good! He will turn the circumstances in our lives to be good!!
Our sin are forgiven so there is future! Everything can be changed. No matter what happened in this life, i win!
Serve God because i m inspired and motivated to. Because i want to!
Do for the one who died for us. 
Whatever u do, do it unto the Lord. Do it as worship to the Lord. As a testimony for His name, Jesus Christ. 
Do u think ur life has lost its meaning? 

R u looking for excitement in activities that are immoral? 
Nothing like what we have in the arms of Jesus Christ, His love for me matters. 
The grace and mercy we experienced are what it matters 
 1 Thessalonians 5:18

in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
Sickness is not from God.

He heals all our diseases!

God’s word is God!
Change our perspective, get a good eye! 

Be a positive person. 
The greatest positive in our lives is the CROSS +

Rejoice in the Lord!
Philippians 4:4

Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!
God demonstrated His love for us by Jesus died for us on the cross
Someone was willing to pay a price for me!

Because He paid the price that is how much we are worth!
We are worth the Son of God. 

Dun let issue of self-esteem affect u anymore 
Anytime is a good time to praise the Lord. 
Acts 16:19-31
But when her masters saw that their hope of profit was gone, they seized Paul and Silas and dragged them into the marketplace to the authorities.
And they brought them to the magistrates, and said, “These men, being Jews, exceedingly trouble our city; and they teach customs which are not lawful for us, being Romans, to receive or observe.” Then the multitude rose up together against them; and the magistrates tore off their clothes and commanded them to be beaten with rods. And when they had laid many stripes on them, they threw them into prison, commanding the jailer to keep them securely. Having received such a charge, he put them into the inner prison and fastened their feet in the stocks

But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them. Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone’s chains were loosed. And the keeper of the prison, awaking from sleep and seeing the prison doors open, supposing the prisoners had fled, drew his sword and was about to kill himself. But Paul called with a loud voice, saying, “Do yourself no harm, for we are all here.”
Then he called for a light, ran in, and fell down trembling before Paul and Silas. And he brought them out and said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”
So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.”
How would u response? If u r them? Good eyes or evil eyes?
Paul and Silas instead of having evil eyes, were praising the Lord! They were singing and worshiping God!!
When they pray and praise, something happened to them !
Suddenly there was a great earthquake! This earthquake is different. Everyone’s chains were broken and no one died! 
The earthquake of God will come upon u when u start praising God!
Time to experience by praising Him!
Jesus came and healed the people of the temple! 
Matthew 21:16

and said to Him, “Do You hear what these are saying?”

And Jesus said to them, “Yes. Have you never read,

‘Out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants

You have perfected praise’? ”
Psalms 8:2

Out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants

You have ordained strength,

Because of Your enemies,

That You may silence the enemy and the avenger.
Praise Him in spite of. Give thanks to Him!
3 hours of darkness covered the entire earth. For these 3 hours everything became dark. It is not an eclipse. 3 hours – Jesus cried out at the cross. “My God My God why have You forsaken Me”

In Him is no sin He knew no sin. God abandoned Him because Jesus became sin for us. 
It hurt to be abandoned, Jesus took the hurt! He did it because He loves us!

He is in love with us, madly deeply!!
Put your trust in Him! God is a good God!
