Will the real gospel please stand up?
It is important to know God has a place of protection for us!! Psalm 91.
Psalm 91 covers day and night, all kinds of evil in the last day! We will not be afraid of all the evil, we are protected by the Lord!
Favor of the Lord! We are not here for the building. We do not serve the building. Building serve us!
Building is the house the word of the Lord!!
A lot of ideas and inventions came from Abraham’s seeds!
As we hear the word of the gospel, miracle happens to us!!
It is vital to hear the word of God!
God will confirm the word with signs following!
Listen to the word of the gospel!!
In the gospel, the righteousness of God !
There are something we don’t compromise on in Christianity!
The deity of Christ, the humanity of Christ! These we can’t compromise!
These are vital issues!
One of the greatest vital issues is the gospel of Christ!
Believe the gospel – believe something right!
When Jesus healed someone, the people glorify God!! God wants man to receive His good!! We can’t change God’s goodness in our bad behavior!
Jesus came that we might have life and life more abundantly!!
Jesus wants us to have life MORE ABUNDANTLY!!!!
The Lord understands about us having money. Money is our servant and we are Lord over money!!
The gospel is the gospel of the grace of God! It produces prosperity and we are not going to apologize for it!
Wherever Jesus goes, He unstopped deaf ears and bring prosperity!
Believe the gospel and we will prosper financially!!
The gospel is the power of God to my wholeness!
Early church was Jewish church.
Many of them were jewish people who got saved!
Don’t just preach Moses. Bring Christ and Grace out when we are preaching old testimony.
The gospel that Paul himself preached. The original copy!
Jesus entrusted Paul with the gospel.
Acts 15:1-31
James – half brother of Jesus.
Mary had children.
After Jesus died and rose again, his brothers believed.
Godliness comes with revelation, not age!
The greatest thing we can do today is to give gospel to the Israel!
Stand up and make a defend of our gospel!
Holy spirit will teach us and guide us!
Miracles are happening around the gentiles. It is the first time gentiles got to hear the gospel.
You believe wrong you will live wrong.
We can’t forfeit our salvation!
Believers meet God as Savior!
The bible talks about the unspeakable joy and peace! We have it!
Holy Spirit spoke to Peter. There are 3 men looking for him. One was soldier and the other 2 are relatives.
Angels are not given privilege to preach the gospel !
The 1st gentiles who got saved was Italian
Acts 10:43-48
To Him all the prophets witness that, through His name, whoever believes in Him will receive remission of sins.”
The Holy Spirit Falls on the Gentiles
While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who heard the word. And those of the circumcision who believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out on the Gentiles also. For they heard them speak with tongues and magnify God.
Then Peter answered, “Can anyone forbid water, that these should not be baptized who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have?” And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then they asked him to stay a few days.
Repentance (change our mind) towards God and have faith towards our Lord Jesus!
The moment u believe in Jesus, u r saved!!
The truth is being proclaimed!!
Speak with tongues and glorify God!!!
Acts 15:8-9
So God, who knows the heart, acknowledged them by giving them the Holy Spirit, just as He did to us, and made no distinction between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.
Hearts are purified by faith!
God calls the law the yoke.
Jesus’ yoke is easy and His burden is light!
Test God – by going back under Law.
Law is yoke of bondage.
There is only one gospel for all!
God works around the Gentiles and they don’t even know the law.
God did miracles among the gentiles before they knew the law.
Early church was jewish in nature. James was quoting Amos 9:11
Amos 9:11
Israel Will Be Restored
“On that day I will raise up
The tabernacle of David, which has fallen down,
And repair its damages;
I will raise up its ruins,
And rebuild it as in the days of old;
We can come into the holy of holy and Jesus is there!!
God is restoring the tabernacle of David!
Acts 15:20
but that we write to them to abstain from things polluted by idols, from sexual immorality, from things strangled, and from blood.
Unsettling your souls – the devil unsettle your soul with wrong teaching. The stability of your soul.
The truth settle our soul!
A lady in Texas
She has been suffering from night terrors. She has been seeing evil visual.
Years later she ended up in a grace church. However, she has not been able to settle her soul. She thought she has done wrong thing to God.
She heard from her mother’s room pastor prince sermon. She run over when she heard pastor shouted demon! She heard pastor preached about Jesus and she has been set free ever since!! No longer vision of evil at night and day! Praise Jesus! She has been set free!!!
