No such thing as family and judicial Forgiveness. U will end up with doubts about your forgiveness and security if contingent on u. Contingent on Jesus.
We turn everything beautiful into works.
Some turn faith into works. Put faith btw justifying blood of Christ and us. Make faith a barrier when we say we wish we have more faith for things to work.
The blood Christ saves. Only His blood alone can save and cleanse us. Not our faith in the blood. Blood saves us. But when we believe His blood saves us, God sees that is faith. Our part is to say the blood of Jesus saves and saves completely. That’s faith in the blood.
3Jn 1:2- John prayed for us- ‘beloved’. Prayed that we would prosper in ALL things and BE IN HEALTH. Pray that your outside lines up with your inside.
On sick beds – soul prosper but body is not. So we pray for both to be in health. Need to pray for it to happen. Actively receive. Cooperation with God= prayer.
To believe God can heal everybody is not faith. Atheist also can believe God can heal if He wants to. Some say God heals in some cases, and lets them stay sick because He is teaching them a lesson. Chastising them or meant to carry that cross. That’s not true. Bible says clearly and emphatically that everyone who came to Jesus were healed. If not so then he should tell some His father is chastising them or has a will for them so they have to stay sick.
If under chastisement, then it is a sin to go to the doctor. Then every nurse/doc is the minister of the devil and every hospital is house of rebellion.
Those who say it is chastisement still go to see a doc when they are sick. So they are being hypocrites. And if they have learned the lesson, then they should stop being sick. God doesn’t teach with sickness and disease but w words. He may allow someone who loves u to correct u on His behalf.
Some ppl come out w theories for a person coz pray for the person and that person didn’t get well. In the bible, the disciples tried to pray over the demon possessed boy but he wasn’t delivered. Some would say then it is not God’s will and His mysterious way. That’s not right. Jesus came and Jesus cast he devil out of the boy. Jesus said, if you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes. The father’s prayer – “LORD I believe, help my unbelief.” A very clever prayer. If my window of faith is a small keyhole, make it bigger. The disciples asked Him why they couldn’t cast the demon out or heal him. Jesus said it was because of their unbelief. Not because lack of prayer life or lack of fasting or lack of moral character or lack of holiness. Thank God He said due to their unbelief- aka Haven’t realized how wonderful Jesus is. Unbelief is not seeing Jesus in the situation. Feeling the emotion and questioning the situation. Feelings can change. Forget yourself. Don’t go by feelings. Morning hallelujah. Night time He is far away. But bible says He will not leave us or forsake us. We are justified by faith and not feelings.
The Sun is shining outside even when we are indoors. If we say the sun is shining outside where we can’t see it now, it doesn’t make the sun shine. And if we don’t believe it is shining, it doesn’t stop the sun from shining. Believing just helps us flow with what’s happening- we can go out, enjoy the sunshine and go back in. Align yourselves with the fact.
Fight the good fight of faith – knowing God wants u to be well and to prosper & be in health even as your soul prospers.
There is no such thing as health and wealth gospel- gospel of grace and peace produces health and abundance. Doesn’t produce poverty.
Are u gonna believe this branch of Christiandom or that branch of it? Believe in what His Word tells u.
We are suffering because lack of suffering of preaching of the truth. God delights when we walk in the Truth (gospel). Pray we will be in health and pray we will prosper outside.
If my son sins against me, there can be no fellowship until he says sorry—> not how God works although human relationships are sometimes like that. Don’t project that on God. He isn’t like that.
Prodigal Son- the father saw, the father ran, the father embraced, the father kissed, the father celebrated. What did the son do? Nothing. Didn’t even confess before the father celebrated. He did try to apologize but the father only cared that he was back and didn’t bother w the apology. No withholding of fellowship. The enmity was in the mind of the boy. Not the mind of the father. The blood of Jesus did not reconcile God to man, but reconciled man to God. The animosity is in our minds. Metanoia is needed. Change of how we think- repentance TOWARDS God and faith in our LORD Jesus Christ. Repentance is knowing and believing God is for you, God loves you, God forgives u. That’s true repentance. The kind of repentance where u look at yourself (aka work for your forgiveness) is pride and self-occupation.
1 John 2:12
Little children- term of endearment. My dear ones. My dear children. Tachyeon.
Forgiven (perfect tense) – once and for all forgiveness and needs not be repeated.
Little children is it a family or legal term? Family term. But it tells us we are forgiven. So forgiveness is forgiveness – no separation btw judicial or parental forgiveness.
When John wrote this, he knew something about gospel we need to learn. Written for people who aren’t altogether- someone who is bitter, someone who has done wrong.
True gospel’s authentic essence is FORGIVENESS. We are forgiven of ALL our sins. Many people who are sick fall sick due to wrong believing. Wrong concept of God.
Just pray. Prayer of faith saves the sick. U don’t need to know a special revelation or manifestation. God’s word is God’s will and he wants all well.
God wants everyone to be saved yet not all are saved. But it is not God’s will that they aren’t saved. They didn’t receive. Faith comes by hearing and hearing the Word of God. Might be because they haven’t heard the good news and the revelation of God’s love for them that will cast away all fears in their lives. God’s will is for us to be well. Parents want their kids be well when they have a fever. Multiply that by many many times over- God’s desire for us to be in health.
Unbelief holds people back from receiving their inheritance. Guilt causes people to accept the devil’s stealing, killing and destruction as chastisement and judgment.
Unless u believe u are healed of all your sins, cannot believe u are healed physically. Until a person knows he is forgiven, no strength to rise up against the bed of sickness and dominate the sickness that has dominated him.
Knowing how much we are forgiven allow us to live in a state of forgiveness and love- able to forgive transgressions made against us and love our transgressors.
Every spirit that denies Jesus Christ came in the flesh is not of Christ.
1Jn- written to gnostic Jews (you), believers (us)- that u may fellowship with us.
If Pastor doesn’t believe we have sinned then what do we have to be forgiven of? Of coz he believes we have sinned.
Gnostics say sin doesn’t exist. 1 John 1:8-10
Sin is inherent.
V9- homologio- confess= say the same with God. Walking in step with God.
Greatest sin? Paul wrote whatever is not of faith is sin.
People confess the big ones when they confess their sin- when they watch porn, tell a lie…
Greatest sin is unbelief according to the Word of God.
When the bible lists group by group. Most important is on top usually.
Wisdom is the principal thing. Christ is made unto us wisdom – even before righteousness.
The most loving person who warned us about hell is Jesus. Warned us about lake of fire- worm doesn’t die and fire isn’t quenched. Nothing spiritual or metaphorical about this. Literal.
Does God send people to hell? No. We send ourselves to hell by choice. Hell wasn’t made for us but for the devil and the demons.
You don’t judge the bible. The bible judges u. U can have opinions but the bible has been around before u were an idea in your parents’ mind.
Confession is to one another – for healing.
The Father’s love through the finished work of Christ is not natural. It is supernatural. Why would God wanna become a man to be spat on and crucified? Because He loves us before we even know to love Him. He loves us. Period. Doesn’t need anything from u coz there is nothing u can give Him that He doesn’t have.
Rev 21:8 KJV
Fearful and unbelieving – first group to go hell. Then h better confess ur fear and unbelief every time if u belief not confessing will send u to hell. Bible is very clear.

Jesus didn’t relate to people during his time on earth this way- he didn’t impute sins on them. Didn’t focus on whether they are sinners before communicating with them. God was in Christ whilst walking on earth and not marking them out for their sin. When they come to Him sick, He gave them healing. Never ask them to go confess first.
Every repentance should happen along with a fresh revelation of Jesus.
John 20:19-22
Disciples feared the Jews. Fear is not faith. It is sin. The disciples are fearful. This is post resurrection. Not perfect and in sun.
What did Jesus do? Stood in the midst- His fav place to be. In the midst of your marriage, in the mist of your relationship…
No such thing as out of fellowship with Jesus. He appeared to them. Wasn’t summoned by them.
Repentance- see more of Him. Didn’t say anything. Showed them hands and sides– proof of His payment. SshhhhhhaLom. Satan defeated, men reconciled, conscience purged. Showed them the divine repentance for their peace. Loved them before they could confess.
Every time u see Jesus in His Love for u, u will have peace and joy.
Testimony of the believer is peace and joy
Believers will suffer but not disease. Suffer persecution and reign in Him.

Just shine when people persecute u, your radiance will say more than anything else.
V22- breathed on to them (the fearful). Receive the HS. The LORD doesn’t see them as being out of fellowship. Looked at them through the light of His finished work.
Holiness is pseudo holiness without peace and joy and Jesus Christ.
What’s the point about not wearing make up and calling yourself holy if your tongue assassinates other people’s character?
It’s not about the size of the church. We are big. Some people say doctrine is the issue in question, but really it is a heart of jealousy. Pastor preaches from the Word so don’t say it is about doctrine. Show me those who agree with u and their testimony & I will show u the testimonies of those whose lives have been transformed by God’s grace.
Jesus revealed himself to the disciples Sunday to Sunday to Sunday. For 7d, Thomas was unbelieving. On day 8, did Jesus ask him to repent or confess before he is allowed to be a disciple again.
The church misrepresents the gospel to the people so often.
Do not be unbelieving but be believing- Jesus corrected Thomas not w sickness or disease, asked Tom to touch Him and gave a fresh revelation of Himself.
V28- what’s Tom’s response? Not a confession but exclamation of the fresh revelation – My LORD bad my GOD
V29- blessed are those who have not seen and yet believed = us today!
I go sin first then later on I can confess—> that is more likely to cause licentious living.

Insecure and severely depressed 17yo boy. Tried going to parties and drinking & experimented w drugs. Read psychology books but couldn’t find happiness. Christian but had left church. Falsely believed he had to do a tedious religious obstacle course to be righteous for a little while, enough for God to hear his prayer. Darkest time of his life. God unveiled Jesus to him through pastor’s books. Now knows he can run to God anywhere and anytime and be received with loving arms and be blessed. Planted in a local church. Happy. Fruitfully serving.
And this doctrine (gospel of grace) is the ‘dangerous doctrine’ ur friends warned u about.
True holiness- occupied with Jesus and not self.
