V2- whatever revelation we have we must make it plain. Write the vision down so it won’t be lost. Make it simple. Make it plain. Complicated= ppl can’t ustd. Simple things can be powerful.
V3- God gives u a word, U read a sermon and U hear a promise from Him and a week or month has gone… It will SURELY COME
Waiting for manifestation is also faith. Waiting in confidence that what He promised will come to pass
V4 – contrast a proud person against one living by faith.
Centurion- Lord I am not worthy that U come to my place but just speak the word.
Humility + Faith
If we trust in own strength, where is the faith?
Woman w demon possessed daughter- called Jesus the Son of David- pretended to be a Jew. She took her humble place calling herself a puppy eating crumbs at the table.
If God corrects you or tells you to wait, take your place.
Pride and faith can’t go together like oil can’t mix with water.

What is the Kingdom of heaven?
Church is in the kingdom of God. Righteousness peace joy in HS is Kingdom of God.
Kingdom of Heaven diff thing altogether. Only appeared in Matt which was addressed to Jews.
His mother Mary, came from lineage of David. Joseph came from lineage of Solomon. Double claim.
Repent of departing from God worldly ways. Repent is to change one’s mind and thus change one’s attitude.
Repentance is often thought of as stopping something. But without Jesus we don’t have the power to stop.

Sermon of the mount is the sermon of the king of Israel. Opening the eyes of blind and cleansing man w leperosy, raising Jairus’ daughter from the dead= the King of Israel doing it
Yet, he was rejected. Only a small group accepted who He is. The scribes and Pharisees rejected Him.
Revelations- John said he saw a multitude that no one can number from every tongue and nation. Those thrown into lake of fire, he didn’t not see a multitude.
Matt11- rejection was final
Matt12- blasphemy against the HS
Rejection as prophet, priest and king. Greater than Solomon and greater Jonah was rejected.
Constant rejection of our LORD

Sycamore tree cited in reference to faith.

Sycamore tree in the dessert can grow penetrating roots up to 5m. Sycam= ressurection.

If there are growths in your body, speak to it. Growth be plucked up by the roots and cast into the sea. It will obey you.

God didn’t say some things u talk to God. Moses did that. God told him to lift up the rod. Jesus is the rod. As a believer U can use the name of Jesus when u have problems.
Rich young ruler called Jesus good master- eyes not on Jesus but on self. Flattering the LORD. U call Me good, must acknowledge me as God.
Every time U take pride in your law= ‘one thing U lack’.
Zacchaeus means ‘not guilty’. When Jesus called him, the scandal of grace happened. Jesus ate at his house. Grace called him not guilty because he wanted to see Jesus. Righteousness is imputed as a result.
Luke 18 and 19 placed side by side to show what law couldn’t do. Man was boasting in his doing and that’s why God gave him the law.
When grace was shown to Z, YESHUA came to his house. Salvation.

Judges 13:16- telling Manoah. If u want to offer burnt offering, U must offer to the LORD (YAHWEH).

Angel of the LORD to Manoah- If u are offering burnt offering, U offer to YAHWEH. He is YAHWEH.
V18- Why do u ask my name seeing it is pele? (As in Isaiah)
V20- Olah. Jesus went on the Cross to be our Olah. When his sweet fragrance went up, the blessings came down
What are we offering? Our good works? It is HIS NAME that brings pele.
V21- The hubby was weak and sin conscious. Wife saw the promise.
Lesson in this for dads- Samson was not allowed to celebrate and stepping on the grapes because of all the instructions. The dad should hv taken him out and help him overcome his rejection problem and put in celebration in him. Should have affirmed him and remind him he is diff from ppl of the world. All the stones here are common. U are a diamond. Dare to be diff and dare to shine. Radiant w the glory of the LORD.
Remove rejection and remove problem of lust.
Samson’s dad didn’t and he grew up rejected and ostracised. Challenging for our kids to grow up as a Christian amongst friends in public school. Remind them they are diamonds- called and special
God called Jesus beloved and well pleased & He went into temptation and came out victorious. Lesson in that for us, parents.

Mt of Beatitudes
PROPHECY of this whole area. The LORD did 2/3 of his miracles. Did more here than he did in Jerusalem. Jerusalem centre. But self righteousness obstructed his miracles.
Grace forgives sins and meets needs. But what obstructs grace is justification by the law.
People who fall into sin rise up when they encounter the uplifting power of grace

Many Gentiles here and not self-righteous. Encounter His grace and God’s power and mercy could flow.
This place had idolatrous background. Shadow of death. New Age practices – intro demons to the house
Yet the great light has come. Ps23 Jesus is the great light that comes into the shadow of death.

When CHRIST comes to reign, increase in His govt and peace. No end. Keep on expanding. Keep on keeping on.
Govt shall be on his shoulders (place of strength or power)
Govt of your life- is it on your shoulders or His shoulders?
Joseph in the bible- People came to him to get bread from him during famine.
Came to him year upon year. Gave money for bread for the first year and subsequent years- traded flocks for bread, Houses and possessions for bread… Nothing left in the end to trade coz Joseph took everything. So Josepg said to them, give yourself. They gave self and got bread. End of their troubles after gave of self. No more their own. Now they belong to Joseph, it is Joseph’s problem.
Same for us, once we turn it over to Jesus the problem and challenges and future all belong to Jesus. We rest in Him as He does for us.
The great light is now in our lives. He is the same ytdy, tdy and forever. He is here with us where we are watching to this message now.
Surrender your life.
Surrender your life to Jesus- not just possessions. Even if u are a believer say LORD my healthy, body, spirit and soul are all yours. Let go and trust Him. He knows how to take care of His own.
We are not bought w blood of bulls and goats but by blood from God’s Beloved Son. Rest easy because U are His.

We think we need to be in charge or do something for career, finances and family. But the most responsible thing we can do is to surrender. Surrender
everything to Him.
We can’t handle it. It is His problem & He will save us. Faithful to the very end.
